Return Policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return/revision process super easy.
The customer will provide to our company Prime Entertainment PR clear order instructions and ensure that all facts about the Order are accurate. to Our company Prime Entertainment PR will cooperate fully with a customer, whereas a customer will use reasonable care to make the service as successful as it is expected from a competent company.
If any of our service is delivered to you and you are not happy with the result, we will revise your service under you are happy with the final project.
Amendments to Completed Work/Free Revision Guarantee
Prime Entertainment PR agrees that if a customer believes that the work delivered does not meet the initial instructions provided, a sevice can be amended free of charge. A revision request must be provided in a written by e-mail within 7 days of the delivery date. If more than 7 days have passed from the delivery date, it is assumed that a customer is satisfied with the digital service they received and is not eligible for a free revision.
Revision time needed for a writer or a digital expert to correct the work is excluded from the initial order deadline. A digital expert might require extra time to deliver the completed work, which may be granted at the discretion of a customer.
Inconsistent Instructions/ Lack of Instructions
A customer agrees to provide full and complete order instructions, including all the necessary additional files, and materials required for a successful completion of the order. The Customer verifies that the order’s status depends on the timely delivery of the additional materials, required by writer or the service expert. Please keep in mind that the Prime Entertainment PR can’t start working on the order until all the instructions are provided.
Contradicting Instructions
A Customer agrees to undertake reasonable efforts to provide clear, concise, and straightforward order instructions. Contradiction in order instructions may result in a delay of the project deadline. Prime Entertainment PR will take the necessary steps to verify the instructions with the client. The work on the order may be stopped while the instructions are being clarified. The Client will not hold the Prime Entertainment PR responsible in case if there were clarifications required for any of the order instructions and this delayed the final deadline of the order.
Reasonable Support and Co-operation
A Customer acknowledges that inability to provide instructions or guidance during the provision of the service may delay the delivery of the completed digital service and Prime Entertainment PR cannot be held liable for this delay. It is recommended to check the e-mail from time to time to address any questions that any of our expert might have when working on your project. Inability to check the messages and provision of incorrect contact phone number may result in a delay in delivery of a completed service.
Revision Deadline
If a customer chooses to request a revision under the Free Revision Guarantee, our expert will require extra time to complete your service. This will not be regarded as late delivery under the Money Back Guarantee.
